Apt. at Beacon Cove Apartments

$600 to move in, Month of Feb. FREE!

I learned that you get what you pay for when looking for an apartment back in August. We almost got scammed from a private party, so we paid more for an apartment. I rented this apartment for the full year in August while I attended Southwestern College. I have decided not to return to my apartment this last semester (Feb - May). My lease is up at the end of May. I currently pay $2,317 including the water bill that caps at $35. You do have to pay for electricity. The highest my bill was in the summer was $140. You can get internet through COX for $60/month.

The rent now at Beacon Cove is starting at $2,380. You could save over $100/month if you take over my lease. You would have to apply with the apartment complex and qualify to be added to the lease and then I would be removed. The apartment will be ready in February. We have some furniture that we can leave behind (a nice big couch, a small dining table with 2 chairs, and a desk with a chair). The apartment is nice and faces the grassy courtyard. I have enjoyed staying here. I have paid the rent for Feb. and asking for $600 to take over the lease. This is the same amount that you would pay the apartment complex to move into an apartment at the higher rate of $2380 but you can pay less per month for the remainder of the lease (5/31).
